Colonel of Wisdom - part 15: God and Goddess
GOD AND GODDESS
The God: Birth and Death Cycle
1) Insecurity: we feel vulnerable and needy.
2) Dependence: we seek His protection and support.
3) Enslavement: we accept His demand for servitude in exchange.
4) Rebellion: in time, we revolt against His domination.
5) Chaos: without His protection and support, life becomes disordered.
6) Start over.
Stopping This Wheel of Karma:
Seek Him not in another, and not externally. Rather, find His support and protection inside of your self.
The Goddess: Birth and Death Cycle
1) Worship: we yearn for Her limitless love and beauty.
2) Objectify and Obsess: love and beauty are not experienced internally and we seek Her outside of our self. She appears to be an external object. We crave Her and get desperate.
3) Possession: we try to confine Her because She seems scarce - only “out there.”
4) Annihilate: in our quest to forcefully unite with Her we abuse and ultimately destroy Her.
5) Lamentation: we are shattered by the loss of love and beauty and mourn Her.
6) Start over.
Stopping This Wheel of Karma:
Seek Her not in another, and not externally. Rather, find Her love, beauty, pleasure, art and wisdom inside of your self.
[Note: try substituting all of the capitalized pronouns (She/Her, He/Him) with she/her, he/him and I/me/my]
